The most prominent feature of balanced weave belting lies in its alternating left-hand and right-hand spiral coils. This construction effectively prevent products veering to one side of the belt and improve production.
Balanced weave belting consists of standard balanced weave belt, flat spiral belt and compound balanced belting. All of them have alternating spirals construction. However, each has its own character. Flat spiral belt is a tight version of balanced weave belting and specially designed for biscuit or snack food baking. Compound balanced weave belt has the smallest aperture and is very suitable for soft, unstable and small items.
Flat wire belts are available straight-running and radius-running. It has high strength-to-weight ratio, large open area, flat carrying surface as well as long lasting time, all of which make it a popular metal belt for baking, packaging, drainage and other applications.
